What is a snail mail club?
A snail mail club is a club offering monthly mailings via delivery by USPS First Class Mail (snail mail). Each month you will receive an exciting new package full of fun!
You will be billed for your first month at the time of sign up, and will receive the current months mailing. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
What is the pen pal feature?
The pen pal feature is an add on to the snail mail club. By adding the pen pal feature, you will receive a stamped envelope addressed to SSB Kidz Club and special writing paper with your monthly snail mail club package. You can use the special writing paper and envelope to write a letter to SSB Kidz Club and mail it directly to us. Once received, one of our editors will personally write a handwritten reply letter to you. If you would like a specific editor to reply, please include that in your letter. We love receiving letters from friends!
When will I receive my mail?
We accept new members all month long! If you are signed up on the 1st of the month, mailings will begin the 7th day of the month and are sent via USPS first class mail (snail mail). The first month you join, you will be billed on the day you sign up, and your first mailing will be sent out within 7 days of joining. All future mailings will be billed on the 1st of the month within mailing beginning on the 7th day of the month.
Why do you ask for my child's name and birth month?
We ask for your child's name to personalize the monthly letter and mailing envelope. We know how special it feels to receive a letter with your name on it, especially for a child!
We ask for your child's birth month so we can include a special gift with the monthly mailing that month.
We do not require either your child's name or their birth month. We know this is personal information that not all families are comfortable sharing. If you choose not to provide this information, your child is still more than welcome to join the club!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the monthly snail mail club fee. Shipping (to you) and return shipping (to us) is included in the pen pal feature. We ship all over the United States at no extra cost to you!
Can I send subscriptions to different addresses?
At this time only one delivery address can be added per order. If you would like to order multiple subscriptions and have them delivered to different addresses, you can do this by placing a separate order for each delivery address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Oh no! We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. Please feel free to reach out to us to resolve any issues prior to cancelling your subscription. We are happy to help in any way possible. If you must cancel, you are able to do so via the Customer Portal or by sending us an email at info@ssbkidzclub.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription." We do not offer refunds. As this is a subscription based product and products are shipped following payment we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed; however, you can cancel your subscription at anytime.
